TV Scan Lines 4K

Television scan lines were common back in the day before flat screen tv's. Now you can recreate the "old tv look" for your videos with this overlay.  Simple to use, just import into your favorite video editor, lay on top of your current video on the timeline and change the blending mode to OVERLAY.  Adjust the opacity to taste!  The effect is subtle, but looks great!
